Poughkeepsie High School Student Sprayed Classmates With Bleach, Police Say A Poughkeepsie High School student was charged with reckless endangerment after splashing bleach on fellow students, according to the City of Poughkeepsie Police. The 16-year-old female student had a dispute with a group of students before the attacks, said Det. Lt.
