Memorial Services In White Plains For Larry Moody, 49, Celebrity Cameraman
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Lawrence P. Moody, 49, a lifelong New Rochelle resident and celebrity cameraman, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, in Los Angeles of a heart ailment.
A memorial service is planned for Thursday, Feb. 16, for the New Rochelle High School graduate, whose magnetic personality landed him gigs with celebrities LL Cool J and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Moody acquired numerous nicknames over his short life, ranging from simply “Larry” to “L-Train” and “Ninja of jibcam.” He died holding the hands of his mother Dolores Washington and brother Tyhem Fleming.

Former DEA Agent From West Nyack Sentenced For Making False Statements
In a bizarre case, a former high-ranking West Nyack U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent, who also worked as a manager at a New Jersey strip club was sentenced Wednesday to one year of probation for hiding his double life.
David Polos, 51, was also sentenced to 250 hours of community service and $5,300 in financial penalties for conspiracy and making false statements to the government, according to Preet Bharara, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

Three Rockland Residents Will Split $22 Million After Lottery Win
ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Three lucky Rockland County residents will receive a combined $22.3 million in Lotto winnings during a special event complete with oversized checks on Friday.
The winners, a father, and daughter from Suffern, who picked the right numbers for the Nov. 5, 2016, game, will split $15.8 million, said Lee park, spokesman for the New York Gaming Commission.
The third winner was a New City man who won $6.5 million in the Dec. 31, 2016 Lotto game, Park added.
