Drunken Boater Charged In Deadly Summer Atlantic City Crash: Prosecutor An Atlantic City man is facing charges after a boat crash killed a woman last summer, authorities said. Jeffrey Jastrzembski, 53, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 11, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced on Tuesday, Jan. 16. He has been charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter in the crash on Saturday, Aug. 12. Garden State Parkway Crash Causes Two-Mile Backup In Ocean County A crash on the Garden State Parkway had traffic backed up for more than two miles in Brick Township in the afternoon on Friday, Jan. 12. The NJDOT says the crash happened southbound on the parkway near exit 91 B-A just before 3:30 p.m. Two lanes of traffic were closed as crews responded to the scene.
