Pearl River Man Caught With Cocaine Inside Restaurant Orangetown police nabbed a Pearl River man acting suspiciously at a Nyack restaurant for possession of cocaine on Wednesday, police said. Matthew Cobb, 31, was inside the Bourbon Street restaurant and bar on Main Street around 1 a.m. when officers noticed that he was acting strangely, said Sgt. Kirk Vega. During an investigation into his behavior, officers found he was in possession of cocaine, police added. Cobb was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court on March. 7.
