Dobbs Ferry Teen Missing Since Fall Officials with the National Center for Missing or Exploited Children are hoping the public will be able to help locate missing teen Jovan Bey of Dobbs Ferry who has not been seen for almost five months. Bey, who may be in need of medical attention, was last seen on Oct. 7, 2016, in Dobbs Ferry. Hispanic and American Indian, the biracial teen is described as being 5-foot-9, 190 pounds with brown hair and eyes and has multiple tattoos. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts, or see Bey, should call 911, 1-800-843-5678 or the Dobbs Ferry Police Department at 914-693-5500.
