14-Year-Old Struck By Vehicle At Westchester Intersection A 14-year-old boy was hospitalized after he was hit by a vehicle at a Westchester intersection.  The incident happened on Friday, May 3 just after 2:30 p.m., when a child was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Alder Street and Spruce Street in Yonkers, Detective Sergeant Frank DiDomizio said.  According to DiDomizio, an investigation determined that the boy ran out into traffic before being hit.
