Fidel Ordonez Molina assaulted the victim, took his phone and fled on foot around 5:20 p.m. Friday, May 17 at the Sheetz station on Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg police said. Officers canvassed the area and found Molina in the unit block of Plaza Street NE. Upon seeing the officers, Molina fled but was apprehended after a short foot chase, police said. On Sunday, May 12, the Leesburg Police Department received a report of a child who was sexually assaulted by a person known to them, local police said.  After conducting an investigation, officers arrested Aroldo Santos Velasquez, who was charged with rape of a child under the age of 13 and object sexual penetration.
