Conley heard a loud noise and then saw a car with two flat tires coming down Redmond Drive Sunday around 3:40 p.m., he told The Daily Record. Investigators are attempting to track down a driver who struck a second car at approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon on Underhill Avenue near the on-ramp of the parkway and took off, prompting an investigation by local, state and county police.
