A 35-year-old Rockland County man was arrested for felony DWI after a wild crash wrecked multiple parked vehicles and left his car flipped in the road, police said.
The crash happened earlier this week on South Route 9W near house number 922 in Congers, police said in a release issued Saturday, June 21.
When officers arrived, they found five damaged vehicles, including a red Toyota Camry that had reportedly veered into the opposite lane, corrected, and then slammed into four parked cars before flipping and landing upright in the roadway.

A Virginia woman is facing a felony child neglect charge after police say she crashed her vehicle with a 10-year-old girl inside, fled the scene, and was later found intoxicated at her home.
The incident happened just after midnight on Friday, April 26, when officers were called to the 14700 block of Ashdale Avenue in Woodbridge to investigate a crash, Prince William County Police said.

A Butler man was charged with driving while intoxicated and assault by auto after flipping his Ford Explorer in a Bloomingdale crash that left his passenger seriously injured, police said.
Eleazar Jimenezespinoza, 40, was arrested early Saturday, March 15, at 3:46 a.m. after officers responded to Union Avenue and Morse Lakes Road, where an overturned SUV was found in a wooded area, Bloomingdale Police Sgt. Sami Zeidan said.
