2 Dead In High-Speed Fauquier County Crash: Police A 31-year-old driver and his 67-year-old passenger were killed in a Fauquier County crash this week, police said. Michael A.H. Sanson of Orange was heading south on Route 29/James Madison Highway in a Chevrolet Equinox when he ran off the right side of the road and hit a mailbox, then a tree, around 11:05 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, according to Virginia State Police. Armed Burglar Caught Fleeing Across Reston Golf Course A man who broke into a home and robbed a woman at gunpoint was arrested after attempting to flee across a Fairfax County golf course, police said. The man broke into a home on the 2200 block of Stone Wheel Drive in Reston and robbed the woman at gunpoint. Police said only that he then tried to flee across a nearby golf course. While police did not say which golf course he fled through, the closest is Reston National Golf Course is located approximately one mile away. He was quickly apprehended, police said.

Donnell Tyquan Epps was heading north at a high rate of speed on Redwing Drive in a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo when he lost control of the car and left the roadway around 2:30 a.m. near Shallow Court, county police said.
