Penn State Student Found Dead Less Than 2 Weeks After His Grandfather Died
A 21-year-old Penn State student was found dead in his dorm room less than two weeks after his grandfather died, authorities and the family say.
Ryan O'Malley, of Scranton, was found unresponsive by his roommate in student housing at 330 West College Avenue on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2022, at 4:17 a.m., according to a release by State College police on Tuesday, Oct. 18.
He was declared deceased at 4:52 a.m., by the Centre County coroner, Daily Collegian reports.

A former Bucks County music teacher pleaded no contest on Thursday, Oct. 13 to charges that he molested two of his students and secretly filmed another undressing, authorities say.
Joseph G. Ohrt, 57, a Buckingham resident and one-time choir director at Central Bucks West High School, stood accused of two counts of indecent assault, two counts of corrupting minors, two counts of invading privacy, and one count of evidence tampering, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.

A 21-year-old star athlete from New Jersey was found dead in his dorm room on Saturday, Oct. 8, according to York College of Pennsylvania school officials.
Andrew "Drew" Ruehlicke, of Mullica Hill, "was found unresponsive in his residence hall room earlier today and was later deemed deceased," Richard T. Satterlee, Ph.D, Dean of Student Development and Campus Life told Daily Voice in an email on Monday, Oct. 10.
Ruehlicke was a junior majoring in sport management, and a forward on the college's men's soccer team, according to the school's rooster.

Man Arrested For Groping Underage Girls At Suburban Philly High School Football Game
A 69-year-old man was arrested for groping underage girls during a high school football game in the Philadelphia suburbs, authorities said.
Pennsylvania State Police responded to the Palisades High School in Nockamixon Township around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct 7, they said.
Jay Donchez, of Wind Gap, "approached, talked to, and touched in various ways" several juvenile girls at the homecoming game, police said.
Donchez was subsequently arrested and charged with indecent assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct, a news release shows.
