3-Year-Old Dies From Cocaine Toxicity In PA Home; Coroner Rules Homicide
A 3-year-old child found dead inside a Pennsylvania home died from cocaine toxicity, and the death has been ruled a homicide, officials announced on Monday, Aug. 10.
The child was found dead inside a home on Columbia Avenue in Greenville on Saturday, June 27, according to Mercer County Coroner John A. Libonati.
A forensic autopsy was performed by forensic pathologist Todd Luckasevic on Monday, June 29, the coroner said.

A girl was airlifted to a hospital after a pickup truck struck her and her grandparents, killing the husband and wife as the family crossed a Pennsylvania street, authorities announced.
Eric Lutz, 74, and his wife, Donna Lutz, 71, both of Columbia Borough, were crossing at Chestnut and North Third streets in Columbia with their grandchild when they were struck by a Dodge Ram pickup around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, according to Columbia Borough Police and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
