Mahopac Pair Caught With Heroin, Cocaine After Stop For Loud Muffler MAHOPAC, N.Y. --  A pair of Mahopac men were nabbed on drug charges on Thursday, Feb. 16, after being stopped for having a loud muffler, according to Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith. The two men, Ryan Olsen, 29 and Jesse Hitchcock, 29, were stopped about 9:45 p.m., by members of the Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit while they were patrolling Secor Road in Mahopac, Capt. William McNamara said.
