An off-duty Spring Valley police officer was charged with DWI under Leandra's Law and drug possession after state police received repeated calls of an erratic driver Sunday on Route 17. Marc Miller, 46, of Nanuet, was arrested after the State Police in Monroe began receiving the calls from concerned drivers, said Trooper Steven Nevel, spokesman for the state police.
