Netflix is raising its prices — again. The streaming giant announced last month that it would raise rates, and the company made good on that promise Tuesday, Nov. 7, for new subscribers. A 24-year-old bicyclist in Northwest DC has died from his injuries at an area hospital days after being struck by a car, officials say.
