State Police: Woman, 25, Hospitalized After Motorcycle Collides With SUV In Hunterdon County A motorcycle rider was hospitalized after colliding with an SUV in Hunterdon County Sunday night, state police confirmed. The 25-year-old woman was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle on Route 22 when the vehicle collided with a Chevrolet Tahoe near the Hunterdon Hills Plaza in Lebanon shortly before 10 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice. The woman was taken to Morristown Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Goez said. The Tahoe driver was uninjured in the crash, which remains under investigation.

Njsp Helicopter Search Underway After Bank Robbery In Hunterdon County, Police Say State Police initiated a helicopter search after a bank in Hunterdon County was robbed Wednesday afternoon. The robbery occurred at TD Bank on Route 22 west in Whitehouse around 3:50 p.m., Readington Township Police said. State Police were conducting an overhead helicopter search of the area following the robbery, NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. The bank remained temporarily closed following the robbery, police said. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Readington Township Detective Bureau.

Jefre Bridal in the Green Brook Shopping Center on Route 22 is expected to shut its doors at the end of the month. The COVID-19 pandemic forced Jefre Bridal to go by appointment only, and everything in the store is currently at 50 percent off. The shop opened as Carol's Bridals in Plainfield, in 1958, and was renamed when current owner Jeffrey Rabinowitz relocated the store to its present location in 1971. Man, 22, Critical After Self-Inflicted Union County Gun Range Shooting A 22-year-old man who turned the gun on himself over the weekend at a Union County shooting range was in critical condition Monday, authorities said. The man had gone to RTSP on Route 22 with three friends when he fired three shots down the range, then shot himself around 7:20 p.m. Saturday, Union Township Police Director Dan Zieser said. The unidentified victim was taken to University Medical Center in Newark, where he remained in critical condition, Zieser said.
