First responders in Saddle Brook teamed up to rescue a wireless communication company employee who passed out on the roof of the new township municipal complex. The Regional Communications worker was handling some equipment maintenance when he lost consciousness shortly before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, said Capt. John A. Bucks Blaze That Injured Firefighter Was Set By Arsonist, Officials Say
The Bucks County fire that sent one first responder to the hospital was likely set intentionally by an arsonist, according to authorities. Firefighters rushed to the scene of a two-alarm blaze at the EBooks Web office building at 1388 Bridgewater Road just after 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10. During the incident, a Nottingham fireman fell from a 20-foot ladder, as Daily Voice previously reported. A community in North Carolina is honoring a first responder from Maryland who suddenly lost his life at the start of the month. Anthony Donald DiFilippo died at the age of 36 on Tuesday, Mar. 1 while visiting his family.
