I say the Board of Health has greatly exceeded it's authority. I see there is a Board of Selectmen meeting this Monday. Perhaps they will be able to answer for the illegal actions of their board. View Comment
Maha - ZigZags are a legal product used to smoke tobacco. Several of my friends use them for that very reason, with the price of cigarette taxes being so high. Why shouldn't they be allowed? View Comment
In addition to banning the sale of “any cannabimimetic agent,’’ the regulation bans inhaling or ingesting any product that “induce the symptoms of intoxication, elation, euphoria, dizziness, excitement, irrational behavior, exhilaration, paralysis, stupefaction or dulling of the senses or nervous system.”
If the article is correct we can't even drink alcohol any more. Is this correct? Does the bill really say this? That can't be right, can it?

Who is against legalizing marijuana? The alcohol industry, which stands to lose a lot of business. The pharmaceutical industry, for the same reason. The private prison industry, which needs to keep it's cells occupied to be profitable. Our police, who make a lot of money by confiscating property from smokers. And stupid people, who believe the lies these groups are promoting to keep it illegal. View Comment
