Yes it's sad that a innocent man was injured in this incident,but look on the bright side the car thief stole more that he could handle when he decided in his own mind that stealing a car would be a great idea.Let's face it he crossed that thin line between right and wrong and death was waiting on him to serve justice. I can fully understand why parents with children would be worried that their children would not be safe walking to school these days,I can remember when I was a young child in westboro and having to walk to school we had sidewalks back then on the other hand when our father was given custody of us we had to live and go to school in Harvard.Since it was a rural are we did not have sidewalks and we walked to school granted things were much different back in the 60's and 70's people did not drive like possessed demons and for the most part they followed the posted speed limits and talking about posted speed limits I just took a walk on google maps street view from 178 w main street Westboro to the Grafton line forward and back did you know there is only 1 speed limit sign and it's at 178 w main st Westboro posted speed limit 30.Back in the late 90's and most of the early 2000's I lived in a small town in Nevada and the posted speed limit in and around town was 25 except around the schools where it was 5 period no and's if's or but's about it and the police patrolled the area to make sure it was safe.So do yourselves a favor get lowered speed limits around the schools and the surrounding areas make sure your local police patrol and not just sit and wait for something to happen besides they don't get paid to sit and wait. I was so happy to read that this ban is and will be going into effect I am really surprised that it has taken this long to get all of it removed from the shelves.I actually read through the fact sheets on these quasi non narcotics and most of the ingredients I can not even pronounce let alone read so why would anyone ever want to harm themselves with these deadly products is beyond me.
