What right does Delli Priscoli have to profit at the expense of the residents of this town in the way of lower property values, higher insurance premiums, the wear and tear on our infrastructure, possible water contamination issues, safety issues . . just too many to mention. I don't see how the courts could rule in his favor. He's in the railroad business primarily, not the selling of propane, preemption my @ss !!! View Comment
I was at the meeting last night as well and I was glad to hear that all the points that I was concerned about were brought up. This propane transfer station, as someone brought up last night, is just WRONG on SO many levels !! To "Liberal" who posted here, I have been a resident in this town long before Mr. Delli Priscoli was in business here. Look at this guy’s track record in our own town and our surrounding towns. I don't know one person who abuts the rail line that approves of anything he has done. I am all for attracting businesses to town but not this type of business (hazardous), and not at the expense of our home values and insurance premiums. This guy is obviously a toolbag that is trying to profit at the expense of the other residents of this town, it’s not right and it shouldn't be allowed to happen. Our town officials should fight this matter tooth and nail till the very end. I hope that Mr. Delli Priscoli takes the hint and gets the hell out of Grafton; he's a bully and a virus not to be trusted who uses his railroad status to do whatever the hell he wants. In a previous article he was quoted as saying "He wants to be a good neighbor to the town of Grafton" . . . with neighbors like this who needs enemies ?? View Comment
I hate to think of such a huge supply of propane existing in our town so close to one of our schools. Great target for terrorists . . . this isn't the place for business such as this and I only hope that something can be done about it at the Federal level. I suspect that this guy hasn't dotted all his i's or crossed all of his t's . . . View Comment
I don't think this is a viable location for a LPG transfer station . . . I would be willing to bet that Mr. Priscolli has met the bare minimum standards required by Federal regulation, but as someone else posted this whole project has been done rather quickly and quietly. Mr. Priscolli has pulled the Railroad card on many occasions in order to meet his own self interests. I would be willing to bet that there are legitimate safety concerns and issues that 'COULD' be brought into light had there been more transparency here. Grafton would be a great town for more businesses, just not one as dangerous, hazardous and riddled with as many issues as this one . . . View Comment
This guy is shady beyond belief and uses the "railroad card" to do what ever the hell he wants. Its about time someone stands up to this clown, I don't know of ANY town residents that would want this place in their backyard . . . View Comment
This dude is an A-hole and doesn't give a rat's @ss about anyone in town. I'm all for big business but this dude is going to line his pockets at the expense of the residents of this towns safety. Do you want this in YOUR backyard ??? I think not . . . . good for town officials. If this thing got voted on I'm sure it would get shot down. This guy uses the RR card all the time to do what ever wants . . . View Comment
What a joke, I'm surprised there are not more comments about this one. To Gtown mom, it would have been great if the if the schedules that were then posted after the games were moved were correct. View Comment
