SHREWSBURY, Mass. — The Shrewsbury Colonials varsity field hockey team has advanced to the state finals. The Colonials defeated Longmeadow, 1-0, at West Springfield Wednesday.

The Colonials will face Acton-Boxborough Saturday at noon for the Division I state championship.
