WORCESTER, Mass. — A flu shot clinic will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Meade Clinic in Worcester, the Shrewsbury Board of Health has announced.

There is no age restriction, and all are welcome. There is no out-of-pocket fee, but bring your card if you have insurance.

Supply is limited, and people will be served on a first-come, first-served basis while vaccine supplies last.

The federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported widespread cases of flu in 47 states. In Massachusetts, there have been more than 6,000 laboratory confirmed cases of flu, with participating health care providers indicating that more than 4 percent of all office visits consist of patients reporting flu symptoms.
