WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — It's OK to have buns at a drive-through in Westborough, as long as they go on your burger. However, a Hudson man found himself rebuffed Sunday, when he was accused of attempting to order take-out in the nude.

Roslido C. Santos Jr, 34, is being charged with open and gross lewdness, after he was accused of attempting to use at least two drive-throughs in Westborough while naked.

According to Westborough Police, at about 12:43 a.m. on Sunday, employees at the Route 9 east Dunkin' Donuts reported Santos had driven up to the drive through window wearing nothing except for a coat over his waist.

As Westborough Police Officer Brian Massey spoke with employees at the restaurant, Santos allegedly drove up to the window again, and was this time completely naked, according to police.

Massey then found Santos at the Route 9 east McDonald's, where Santos was attempting to use the drive through there, police said. The McDonald's was closed at the time.

Massey stopped Santos at the intersection of East Main Street and Flanders Road, and again found the suspect completely naked.

Santos was released on bail and is scheduled to appear Tuesday morning at Westborough District Court.
