SHREWSBURY, Mass. - Voters were lined up at polling places throughout Shrewsbury this morning to cast their ballot in the state and national elections. Polls opened at 7 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m.

Shrewsbury Town Clerk Sandra Wright said the stream of voters was steady. By 8 a.m., 255 voters had cast their ballots at the Precinct 1 polling place at the municipal center.
