Winter Multicultural Festival. 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Puerto Rican folk songs to be sung by Jose Castillo; Portuguese songs to be sung by Randy Elliott; and a “Ladies Styling” routine by students of the Salsa Storm Studio. Shrewsbury Public Library. 609 Main St.
