NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. The New Rochelle City Council meets Tuesday in regular legislative session from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in City Hall.
Items on the agenda include municipal parking, discussion about the Green Team Cab Company using space at the New Rochelle train station, a reconstruction project on Winthrop Avenue and masonry work on the library green.
The Historical and Landmark Review Board also meets Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall annex to discuss residents' requests and needs.
