Weve endured several seasons of glosses, and now a more matte red lip is coming back. Kinnaird likes True Red no. 201 from the make-up line By Terry. Its quite elegant and it speaks of confidence.

Makeup artist and founder of Faces Beautiful, Gail Sagel, reminds women that, when choosing lip shades, you should be mindful of your skin tone. Red can be blue-based or yellow-based, explains Sagel. If you look good in cooler tones, Sagel recommends a blue-based red. For ladies with warmer complexions, she suggests reds with organge or yellow bases.
